Migration and Immigration Pictures

This picture shows a book cafe in Phu My Hung owned by a Korean person with Korean drinks and deserts. The effects that this place has made is that this place influenced the Vietnamese and some other cultures with some Korean desert food and drinks.

This picture shows the logo of Phu My Hung, which is a large neighborhood in Ho Chi Minh city that everyone knows of. Phu My Hung was built from a piece marshland by Taiwanese people aiming for better lives for Vietnamese citizens. The effects that this neighborhood has caused is that it makes immigrants from countries like Korea, America, or New Zealand to come and live here due to the environment of this neighborhood. The more immigrants coming to this neighborhood, the more cultural things are being spread throughout this whole city, it influences some Vietnamese families and their traditions may change a bit, such as eating Japanese food on certain days of the week.

This picture shows a Japanese restaurant in Phu My Hung called 'Kai', which was built by a Japanese immigrant. The effects that this restaurant has made is that it spreads the cultural food and wines of Japan to people who eat at this restaurant or pass through it.

This place sells imported wines from different places such as South Africa, Chile, Italy, France, and America, which is the reason why it influences the culture of drinking wines to the people in Phu My Hung. An example close to me is my dad, who drinks red wines during every lunch and dinner.
